York County youth succeeds against the odds!

When Dale was assigned to an FRS, he had recently been enrolled in a drug court program where he needed to complete his community service, develop an education plan, and seek employment. With the help of our Family Resource Specialist Tiffany Nulph, Dale finished his community service at a local firehouse where he became a certified junior firefighter!
