Trish Beltz

Trish graduated from Kutztown University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree and double major in Elementary/ Special Education and a concentration in Behavior Management. Before working at JusticeWorks, Trish worked at several other Human Service Agencies with diverse populations, including Mental Health, Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, and Foster Care.
Trish has been with JusticeWorks since March of 2011 and has been in several roles, Family Resource Specialist, Regional Trainer, Supervisor, and Interim Company Wide Trainer.
Trish is certified in Strength Based Leadership, Trainer for Thinking for Change, Voices, and VIP. In addition to her role here at JusticeWorks, she serves on the Berks County Youth Aid Panel for several school districts, is Vice President for a Non-Profit; Threads for Change, and is a Coach/Coordinator for the Schuylkill Valley Youth Field Hockey Association.
