Nicole Tate
Program Director of Dauphin, Perry, and Mifflin County, Pennsylvania
Nicole comes with 20 year’s plus experience with working with families in her community. Nicole graduated from Eastern University with her Master Degree in Multicultural Education. Nicole has been with JusticeWorks for over 11 years, starting in November of 2010 as the very first Family Resource Specialist hired in Dauphin County. Nicole put years in as an FRS before being promoted to Supervisor and now, our newest Program Director of Dauphin, Perry, and Mifflin County. Nicole’s work ethic, ability to engage difficult clients, relationship building, and abundance of community connections made her one of the most requested FRS of her time in the field. One of her many accomplishments was bringing in a private homeless shelter to contract with Dauphin County and worked tirelessly on the Dauphin Emergency Rental Assistance Program. When not emulating JusticeWork’s Whatever It Takes motto, Nicole enjoys spending time with her four children, grandchildren, and grand pup. Nicole is active in the community as a cheerleading coach, mentor to young women, member of the Safe Kids Alliance, Children’s Roundtable, and various truancy committees. Nicole is also the co-chair of the Harrisburg High School all eighties committee.
