Ellen graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from York College in 2008. In 2023, Ellen was promoted to the Director of our York County Branch.
Ellen is also deeply involved in her community. She serves on the York/Adams MH-IDD/D&A/Health Choices Advisory Board and is an active York and Adams Safe Kids Coalitions member.
