When Dale was assigned to an FRS, he had recently been enrolled in a drug court program where he needed to complete his community service, develop an education plan, and seek employment. With the help of our Family Resource Specialist Tiffany Nulph, Dale finished his community service at a local firehouse where he became a certified junior firefighter! Dale also worked with Tiffany to develop a resume and improve his writing skills. He busied himself productively by studying for his GED test and seeking employment.
Dale’s work with JWYC has led him to be successful. He finished drug and alcohol counseling and remained drug-free; learned important life skills such as filing his taxes, and he secured full-time employment with Fortune 500 Company RR Donnelly! Wow!
Dale, Congratulations on all of your accomplishments. We wish you all the best in your continued success in completing your future goals.
York County Juvenile Drug Court Probation Officer Lisa Rumsey praised Tiffany for her effective work when Dale was discharged from probation: “His counselor was Tiffany. I wanted to acknowledge her for her hard work and flexibility in working with Dale. I especially liked the FRM. He liked her too. Anyway, I know that the counselors, like PO’s, don’t always get recognized for their hard work so I wanted to pass this along. Thank-you”
Great Job Tiffany! JusticeWorks values and appreciates all that you do to support the families and youth that we serve!
