I wanted to share with you of the very positive experience I have had while working with Linda Coleman, FRS worker assigned to a case of mine. Linda has been very engaging and goal focused with two particular clients. She has exuded a sense professionalism as well as caring concern with these individuals, navigating the fine balance between relationship with the client and obligation to case goals and our profession. Linda communicates in a very timely manner and is thorough and specific. During today’s change of disposition hearing Linda was both poised and professional and was able to effectively and succinctly convey her work with the family to the court. I have commended Linda on her work well done, and wanted to make you aware of the great service this family is receiving from Linda.

I was also at today’s hearing and want to add my thanks and appreciation as well. Testifying in front of a judge in a contested hearing is difficult for anyone. Linda revealed afterward that this is her first experience with this. She was professional, thorough and unflustered. Her testimony, as well as her outstanding work on this case was a large part of our success in today’s hearing.
