JWYC provides GED services in York County

JusticeWorks YouthCare will begin providing GED services to clients in York County through the office of Children Youth and Family services. The GED program will target students who are:

• Academically regressed
• Chronically truant
• Expelled from an alternative education setting
• Adult learners without a High School diploma

The program will:

• Be focused on individual needs
• Be offered to both youth and adults
• Be computer based
• Will have measurable outcomes
• Operate under the direction of a PA certified school administrator
• Be delivered by PA certified teachers.
